Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

You have 15  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. Your item ALSO needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and photo of defect or error on apparel.

REFUND PROCESS

Send your refund request to fadedliving420@gmail.com and include the following:

• Receipt
• Reason for return
• Photo of error or defect on apparel
  

Once your refund request has been approved on our end, we will start the refund process and will notify you via email.

We do not require you to return the apparel with defect or error.

PLEASE NOTE - We are unable to return items that you have purchased in the wrong size. The only sizing issues that we will replace or refund is an error made by the manufacturer.

For example

You ordered a medium sized Faded Living hoodie, (seen on your receipt) but received a Faded Living hoodie in a size 3xl

In this case, we will replace the size for you, however if you would prefer a REFUND,  we can process a refund instead.

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
